Head of IT Services & Member of the Management Board The DV Bern AG has been a leading IT service provider in the areas of digitalization consulting, software development and IT services for around 50 years. With a team of over 200 brilliant minds at the Bern location, we develop, implement and operate customized software solutions and IT services. For the management of our IT Services department, we are looking for a convincing leader as Head of IT Services & Member of the Management Board from December 2026 or by agreement. You will be responsible for our IT Services department with around 50 employees. Together with your management team, you will shape the strategic and operational development of the department, create orientation and set clear priorities. In doing so, you will ensure that we continue to inspire our customers as a reliable and innovative partner in the future. As a leader, you know how to win people over for common goals and create clarity and commitment even in challenging situations. You develop employees, managers and organizations with a vision and actively contribute to a culture that combines performance, development and mutual support. Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation characterize your actions. With a sense of market, customer needs and opportunities, you drive our service portfolio forward.
