Social Educator (a) # 80% | Hohenrain | from 01.08.2026 or by agreement ## At the Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hohenrain, we accompany children and young people with cognitive or language impairments from kindergarten to school leaving age. Look forward to a varied task in an appreciative environment where cooperation is lived and the individual development of each child is at the center. Your tasks • As an important contact person, you will accompany children and young people with special needs in their school and care everyday life. • You will creatively design the daily and leisure routine using our diverse range of services. • Together with teachers and other specialists, you will design a holistic and individual promotion. • If necessary, you will take on nursing tasks and support with household chores. • You will work from Monday to Friday and perform occasional evening shifts, night shifts, and a maximum of four weekend and five holiday shifts per year. Your profile • You have completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or a comparable recognized qualification. • Ideally, you already have experience working with children and young people with special needs or are motivated to further develop in this area. • You react flexibly, patiently, and in a solution-oriented manner to individual needs of children and parents. • You keep a professional overview even in demanding situations and act professionally. • You actively bring your professional knowledge and ideas into the team and contribute to a supportive and positive cooperation.
