Project Manager for Civil Engineering Structures / Graduate Civil Engineer (M/F) at 80%

Mission: As part of your function, you will be managing projects related to civil engineering structures developed in-house or entrusted to external contractors. For projects contracted out, you will contribute to their development, accompany the contractors in the different phases of the project, and ensure technical monitoring of the services provided. For in-house projects, you will establish technical studies related to load-bearing structures. You will ensure the financial planning of the projects and participate in monitoring the proper execution of the work. You will participate in the management of maintenance of civil engineering structures by developing concepts for minor and medium-sized interventions, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the necessary conservation measures. With the support of the responsible engineer, you will manage periodic inspections and contribute to monitoring the condition of the structure portfolio. Finally, you will participate in entering conservation interventions into the infKuba database, thus ensuring the traceability of the actions undertaken and sustainable management of the civil engineering structure heritage. Profile: With a HE or university title of Bachelor level in a field related to the activity, you have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience to complete your profile. You have excellent organizational and priority management skills and are able to cope with frequent work interruptions. Rigorous and meticulous, you are solution- and results-oriented. You master oral and written communication and have a sense of empathy and proven negotiation skills. You have good knowledge of common computer tools and possess a category B driver's license.
