Your tasks Shift handover and equipment preparation: Careful handover of the workplace during shift changes as well as preparation, handover, and takeover of equipment parts as part of repair, maintenance, and control work On-site process control: Operation, monitoring, and regulation of the production process as an on-site operator including monitoring the proper condition of the equipment Control room operation: Monitoring, control, and electronic process data recording of the production process from the control room Analytics & Quality Assurance: Evaluation of IPC analyses and corresponding adjustment of the process as well as compliance with product-relevant guidelines (e.g., GMP, ISO) Manufacturing and filling: Production of processing aids, execution of filling and unloading activities Cleaning & Order: Regular cleaning of apparatus, equipment parts, and work areas according to specifications SHE Compliance: Consistent compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations (SHE) as well as support for the AVOR team during maintenance and repair work Your profile Completed vocational training or several years of practical experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or food technology production environment Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GMP and/or ISO standards Quick comprehension as well as the ability to grasp processes quickly and act appropriately to the situation Sense of responsibility, reliability, and resilience – even in demanding shift situations Willingness to work shifts as well as flexibility with changing areas of assignment (on-site / control room) Willingness to wear a prescribed face mask during defined activities (including compliance with corresponding beard and shaving specifications for health and product protection) Your advantages with nemensis Nemensis AG is your specialized recruitment agency in the Life Sciences sector based in Basel Comprehensive advice and support in the application process by our consultants Access to a large client network and exciting positions in Northwest Switzerland Fast and uncomplicated entry through individual guidance and advice in the application process Ready for the next step?
