Head of Facility Management Domicil Bern West 80-100% Your tasks In this responsible position, in addition to the operational responsibility of one location, you take over the overall coordination of facility management for all four locations of Domicil Bern West and implement strategic planning tasks in the personnel, organizational and business management area. You lead the cross-location facility management team (approx. 10 employees incl. apprentices and interns) both technically and personally and are supported in this by the specialists responsible for the locations. You are responsible for the sustainable preservation of value of the buildings as well as the entire infrastructure and ensure a well-maintained and professional appearance of all locations. In addition, you ensure the flawless maintenance of the buildings and technical systems and are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of all facility management tasks. As a central operational interface for construction projects, you accompany their implementation and ensure a smooth process in the operation. You are also responsible for the further development of the CAFM system and ensure compliance with company-wide specifications. In your function as a safety officer, you ensure the implementation and compliance with all relevant legal regulations.
