As the primary contact person for our points of sale, you ensure that these are implemented according to the strategic / conceptual specifications. What you move With your expertise, you competently and practically support and advise our branches in the areas of bread & bakery and home consumption. You support the ensuring of professional layout, visual merchandising and space management in the branches. You support the achievement of targets in management (stock maintenance, product availability, freshness, orders, turnover and losses). What you bring Education: Completed basic or further education Specialization: in the field of retail, as a baker, as a cook or similar; further education as a federal diploma specialist in retail / marketing specialist or similar is desirable Professional experience: At least 4-5 years of professional experience in marketing or a retail environment You are an assertive personality and convince through your strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders. You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills. Freshness, quality and an emotional product presentation are important to you.
