You have fun in nature and for you there is no bad weather? For our "Garden Workshop" in Münchenstein, we are looking for you! The team is specialized in accompanying people with a mental disability as part of a supported employment. As part of the team, you will guide the individuals in tasks related to gardening and garden maintenance. Gardener Workplace: Münchenstein Contract: unbefristet Period: per 1. September 2026 or by agreement Your tasks: • Planning, organization and implementation of various gardening tasks in a herb and vegetable garden in Arlesheim • Carrying out maintenance orders from internal and external customers in the Basel region • Pedagogical accompaniment of people with a mental disability in everyday work • Planning and documentation of the accompaniment of users according to the IBB process • Operation and maintenance of vehicles, small machines and equipment • Responsibility for compliance with safety-related aspects in the workplace What sets you apart: • You have completed training as a gardener EFZ or equivalent training and ideally have further training in work pedagogy • You are a service-oriented, humorous and motivated person • You have already gained initial experience in accompanying people with mental disabilities • You have good German language skills and understand Swiss German effortlessly • You hold a category B driver's license We offer: • A diverse and responsible task in a small, committed team • Diverse further training opportunities • Annual working hours • At least 5 weeks of vacation • A sustainable pension solution with the Stiftung Abendrot Have we sparked your interest?
