We will achieve together CDD \- Operation and Control Agent 3\*8 \- Wastewater Treatment We will achieve together The Wastewater Operation Unit ensures the operation, control, and development of pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants in the canton. It guarantees the performance of water, sludge, and air treatment processes through the mastery of electromechanical, biological, and chemical processes, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements. As an Operation and Control Agent, you will contribute to the proper functioning of the Aïre wastewater treatment plant by joining an operation team working on a continuous schedule (3x8). In this capacity, you will ensure the optimal functioning of the facilities in compliance with technical, environmental, and safety requirements. Your energy at the service of a sustainable Genève In this context, you will be required to: Ensure the monitoring and operation of the water and sludge treatment facilities of the Aïre STEP; Collaborate closely with the foreman, the operation team, engineers, and the unit manager to ensure the smooth technical and human running of the facilities and contribute to the resolution of complex issues; Participate actively, as a member of the team, in the development of the facilities within your area; Apply and enforce occupational health and safety rules; Invest yourself in continuous training regarding new technologies and new operation practices. You enjoy teamwork in the field in a demanding technical environment, and possess good practical sense to analyze situations and propose adapted solutions. You have very good knowledge of the processes used in wastewater treatment plants (STEP) and are able to ensure their monitoring and operation in compliance with current standards. Your academic background: You hold a CFC as a chemistry operator, mechanic, electrician, or an equivalent training.
