For Tertianum Zur Heimat in the Zurich region, we are looking for as soon as possible or by agreement a/an Registered Nurse / Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII as RAI LCTF responsible 40-50% Your tasks • You are notably responsible for guaranteeing the correct implementation of the RAI system according to the legal and contractual bases • You monitor the care process based on RAI-LTCF in our institution and control it by sampling • You coach and guide in an appropriate manner all persons involved in the care process with RAI-LTCF • You initiate new employees into the RAI system and accompany them in its practical application on a daily basis • You organize internal training relevant to RAI • You control the accuracy and traceability of MDS codings related to care load groups based on care documentation • You actively participate in quality management during the interpretation of RAI quality indicators Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse / registered nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the CRSS • Several years of professional experience in long-term care • RAI LTCF expert course certificate is an asset (at least supervisor training) • Understanding of care financing and service billing • Passion for coaching, training, and supporting employees • Efficient, solution-oriented, and process-oriented working method • Open and respectful attitude as well as pleasure in collaborating within an interdisciplinary team Why Tertianum?
