Job Description After successful induction as Team Leader Production (cutting and packaging plants), you are responsible for: Personnel and technical leadership as well as development of approx. 20-25 employees in 4-shift operation Organization and ensuring efficient daily business at the cutting and packaging plants - Shopfloor Management Ensuring delivery readiness Ensuring safety and quality standards Definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety and quality measures Optimization of production and work processes with a focus on LEAN Management as well as reduction of losses in processes at the plants as well as in the administrative area Creation and regular revision of standards and internal documents Preparation and cooperation in production trials Planning and implementation of employee training as well as regular team meetings Organization, implementation, and control of revision work Qualifications These are the most important requirements for this function: Completed basic technical training (e.g., plastic technologist, plant operator) Leadership experience in an industrial production environment Further training as a dipl.
