As a result of a promotion of the current job holder, we are looking for a competent and customer-oriented personality as a technical sales consultant for the Eastern Switzerland region. Your field of activity Acquisition and support of existing and new customers: You are responsible for the active support and acquisition of customers from the fields of mechanical engineering, plant engineering, control engineering as well as sensor technology. This includes regular customer visits, professional advice and the recognition of new business opportunities. Maintenance and expansion of the customer portfolio: In addition to new customer acquisition, your goal is to establish long-term customer relationships. You build a strong relationship network and maintain existing contacts to strengthen customer loyalty and identify additional sales opportunities. Recording of customer needs and market analyses: You understand the specific needs of customers and derive tailor-made solutions from them. Through continuous market observation and the recognition of trends, you know which products and solutions best fit the requirements of your customers. Project management and support: You accompany large-scale projects throughout the entire process, from acquisition to successful project completion. In doing so, you work closely with other departments and ensure smooth communication and project control. Reporting and documentation: You carefully document all relevant information and progress in the customer file and in the CRM system (COBRA). You create regular status reports and ensure proper storage of data to ensure traceability and transparency during the project course. Messe visits and network maintenance: You represent the company at national trade fairs, industry events and customer events. In doing so, you establish new contacts, maintain existing business relationships, observe market and technology trends and identify business opportunities as well as new customers.
