You are responsible for • Participating in the planning and implementation of commercial activations and assortment changes. • Monitoring and supporting operational forecasting by early detection of deviations and initiating appropriate measures. • Ensuring correct assortment management within the unit through proactive monitoring and necessary adjustments. • Ensuring high stock accuracy and continuously improving inventory quality. • Supporting the reduction of avoidable stock to improve capacity utilization and operational efficiency. • Supporting and optimizing article placement (mapping) to improve operational flow and reduce split orders. • Monitoring relevant KPIs and supporting the derivation of improvement measures. • Closely collaborating with Commercial, Replenishment, and Operations to ensure stable fulfillment processes.
