Your main missions: \- Ensure the complete accounting management of a client portfolio. \- Perform data entry of entries, bank reconciliations and account monitoring. \- Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as ad hoc analyses. \- Process supplier invoices and proceed with the execution of payments. \- Prepare and establish financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. \- Perform VAT reconciliations and ensure tax declarations \- Perform administrative tasks related to files and maintain a regular and high-quality client relationship. \- Participate in the continuous optimization of internal processes and their digitalization. \- Contribute to team mutual aid and cross-functional collaboration within the fiduciary. Profile sought: \-Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting / fiduciary agent: strongly appreciated (obtained or in the process of completion). \-4 years minimum of experience in fiduciary in Switzerland, with mastery of local specificities (VAT, standards, taxation). \- Strong sense of customer service, capable of advising and accompanying SMEs proactively. \- Excellent mastery of French, good level of English; German = an asset Interested?
