Sous Chef

To complete our team, we are looking for a young Sous Chef who welcomes a challenge and can develop with ideas. Experience: 2 to 3 years minimum in an upscale establishment Basic knowledge of the German language is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you are oriented towards freshness and quality and want to accept a challenge in culinary arts with a keen sense for new creations and love cooking with passion, then you have come to the right place. We are a small boutique design hotel on the Stoos above Schwyz with upscale cuisine and are looking for this reinforcement for our kitchen team.
