From residential and commercial properties to leased land and building rights areas, the municipality of Uetikon am See has a diverse real estate portfolio. Uetikon am See is an attractive residential and working community on Lake Zurich. For around 6'700 inhabitants and nearly 200 companies, we provide customer-oriented services in one of the most modern municipal buildings in Switzerland. We are looking for reinforcement for our team as of 1. August 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks Independent management and administration of the municipality's own properties as well as leased land and building rights areas Rental of residential and commercial properties as well as parking spaces Preparation of heating and service charge statements as well as rent and building rights rent statements and calculations Management of access and locking management Your skills You have a commercial basic training and professional experience in real estate management (ideally in public administration). You enjoy taking on responsibility, bring initiative and organize your tasks independently and efficiently. You act in a service-oriented manner, communicate clearly and appropriately to the recipient and find pragmatic solutions.
