For temporary support of the export department, we are looking for a committed personality as Export Clerk 60–90% (a) Your tasks Preparation and checking of export documents such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, and certificates of origin Ensuring compliance with export control regulations, customs regulations, and internal guidelines Coordination of transports including deadline monitoring Support in customs clearance as well as contact with authorities and external partners Preparation of export statistics, reports, and ensuring correct document filing Your profile Completed commercial basic training (KV) KV graduates are also very welcome Initial knowledge in export matters, for example from training Good MS Office skills as well as a careful and structured way of working Team player, reliable, and willing-to-learn personality Our client offers Temporary assignment from until approx.
