To provide temporary support to the purchasing department, we are looking for an immediately available, team-oriented, experienced, and uncomplicated personality as Purchaser 100% in the industrial sector (temporary) - supply bottlenecks are not your thing! # Main tasks and responsibilities: • Responsibility for the procurement of materials and components as well as supplier management and monitoring of delivery dates • Organization and processing of national and international shipments of goods • Receipt, inspection, and booking of incoming goods in the ERP system • Maintenance of inventory levels as well as support in warehouse organization and inventories • Participation in logistical processes such as material transport as well as loading and unloading of goods • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards • Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure a smooth material flow • Support with further operational and logistical tasks as well as assistance in adjacent areas as required Your profile: • Commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in operational purchasing and material management • Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life science industry • GMP knowledge is an advantage • German at native level in speaking and writing as well as good oral English skills • Strong team spirit as well as an open and professional manner of communication • The willingness to roll up sleeves and also perform simple support work in goods logistics Interested?
