Business Consultant (m/w/d) Work location: Zürich Scope: 80-100%, home office possible Start of work: Immediately or by agreement Department: Commercial professions / Marketing / IT Your tasks - Creation of facility management concepts for customers - Creation, coordination and presentation of offers and concepts (integral mandates) - Leadership of sales discussions until conclusion including contract negotiations - Calculation of FM services - Coordination of project participants (calculation cleaning / purchasing / operations) - Technical leadership of assigned projects Your profile - Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as experience in project work - University degree in facility management (Bachelor of Science), business administration or equivalent education - Pronounced analytical skills and communication skills as well as leadership competence in cross-departmental projects - High customer orientation and the ability to inspire customers for our solutions as well as entrepreneurial and innovative thinking - High willingness to cooperate beyond the team with a view to overall success - Very good MS-Office skills (in-depth Excel and PowerPoint skills), CAFM experience an advantage - Stylistically secure German in word and writing, negotiation-secure English, further language skills an advantage That's what we stand for, that's what we commit to - today and in the future.
