We are looking for a Strategic Purchaser Construction / Construction Services to further develop our global procurement activities and strategically manage demanding construction projects. Then you can expect a versatile role with a large scope for design, in which you will actively shape global procurement strategies. What tasks will you take on? You will: • Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction services, focusing on cost optimization and risk management. • Be responsible for project procurement for strategic investments in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects. • Control the entire procurement process - from demand notification to invoice verification, including negotiations and contract design. • Act as a central point of contact for procurement issues at our global production sites. • Develop, manage, and evaluate the supplier portfolio based on performance, quality, and reliability. • Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and actively support site planning. What do we expect from you? You: • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction, Facility Management, or a comparable qualification with further training in procurement. • Have at least 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in the field of construction services and project management in an international environment. • Possess in-depth knowledge of RFI/RFP processes and investment environment (CapEx); SIA knowledge is an advantage. • Work analytically, structured, and coordinate multiple projects in parallel securely. • Communicate convincingly and negotiation-safely in German and English; French language skills are an advantage. • Act independently, proactively, and maintain an overview even under time pressure.
