Location: Ibach (SZ) | Start date: as of 1. December 2026 For an innovative, internationally active company in the premium segment of precision mechanics, we are looking for a technically skilled and motivated person. The company develops and produces high-quality special solutions for professional applications in the field of premium equipment for underwater photography and underwater film. We are currently in an exciting phase of further development and realignment. Your main tasks: • Conventional processing: Independent milling and turning of high-precision individual parts and small series on conventional machines (main focus) • Fine mechanical assembly: Carrying out demanding assemblies of our premium components for professional camera systems • Quality & Suppliers: With your technical expertise, you ensure the quality of our products and actively support the development and care of our manufacturing suppliers. • Future & Development: Active participation in prototype production and bringing in your knowledge with a view to future modernization with CAM and CNC process steps Your profile: • Successfully completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable qualified mechanical basic education • Solid experience in subtractive manufacturing on conventional machines (milling and turning) • Experience or pronounced skill in the field of fine mechanics and assembly of precise, mechanical and opto-mechanical components • Safe and routine handling of the materials chromium steel, aluminum and technical plastics • Structured, precise and independent working method with a pronounced quality awareness for premium products • Advantageous: Basic knowledge or interest in the field of CNC programming, CAM and 3D printing, in order to optimally support us in future modernization steps.
