Pedagogical design & quality assurance Co-designing a high-quality, development-oriented everyday life Pedagogical spatial design to support relationship, play and learning  Promotion of self-efficacy, autonomy and co-construction  Observation, documentation and developmental support Active, creative quality development  2. Learner support (central focus) ? Designing participatory learning and work processes  Situational development of tasks, learning spaces and development opportunities Making learning processes visible through tools and creative methods Development of reflection tasks and learning materials Creation of teaching spaces that strengthen professional identity and self-efficacy  Relationship design at eye level  Building a growth-promoting community  3.
