What you bring with you • Education at tertiary level, preferably in the social sector • Leadership experience in volunteer work, intercultural international experience • Very good German skills, other languages an advantage • Motivation to work in the context of the Catholic Church • Ability to work in a team as well as administrative and organizational skills • High level of initiative as well as good communication skills.
