In order to strengthen our teams, Quartier LôDzè is looking for a chef de rang General missions of the position : • Prepare the room, • Ensure the service, • Transmit the orders to the kitchen and monitor the follow-up of their order, • Be responsible for the equipment made available to them and ensure its maintenance, • Welcome customers with professionalism and conviviality, • Manage reservations, their follow-up, and special requests, • Resolve any potential problems or customer complaints efficiently, • Collaborate closely with other team members to guarantee an exceptional customer experience, • Be available to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, • Know the Valais region and inform customers about local activities. • Perform other tasks at the request of management. Your profile: • Proven experience in restoration or hospitality • Excellent presentation and sense of service • Dynamic, smiling and versatile • Good stress management and team spirit • Available quickly • Flexible (evening schedules, weekends, breaks, etc.) We offer: • Collaborator discounts in our different points of sale • Salary in accordance with CCNT and 13th month • Vacations/Family life: 5 weeks of vacation, 6 public holidays, 16 weeks of maternity leave.
