Bern \| 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Conduct proceedings in matters of cartel law relating to cartel agreements, abuse of dominant positions and business concentration operations • Prepare legal analyses and prepare draft decisions for COMCO • Draft binding texts, mainly in German (in particular decisions and draft decisions) • Execute investigative measures (hearings, research work, preparation of questionnaires, searches) • Draft legal documents in the context of appeal proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Diploma (licentiate, master's) in law with bar admission or doctoral thesis in competition law. Deep knowledge in economic administrative law, in economic criminal law, including procedural law • Initial professional experience at a judicial authority, a law firm or as an in-house counsel constitutes a preferential qualification • Knowledge of the regulatory framework provided by the Cartel Act • Skills in drafting, negotiation and argumentation, assertive and rhetorical capacity, sense of responsibility, rigor, communication skills, team spirit • Good active knowledge of two official languages, good knowledge of English <br /> In summary In the context of this demanding function, you will be responsible for the application of cartel law within the Service of services.
