Then we have the perfect challenge for you! Do you want to take on the management of a strategic region and actively contribute to its development? Join us to lead the Western Region (Geneva, Lausanne, and Fribourg), which has around 55 employees working in the field of building automation. As a member of the management team, you will assume responsibility for the development of the region in terms of human resources, organization, and finance. You will manage strategic projects that contribute to the growth and development of SAUTER in Switzerland. In this role, you will represent the company to key clients and major partners in French-speaking Switzerland. Your responsibilities Leadership & Management Lead, support, and develop the teams in the Western Region. Supervise regional managers and promote the development of skills. Chair management meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities. Promote a culture of benevolent leadership based on responsibility, collaboration, rigor, and sustainable performance Strategic and commercial development Participate in strategic decisions within the Swiss General Management. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and representatives. Identify growth opportunities and support major commercial initiatives. Operational and financial management Assume overall responsibility for the region's results. Manage budgets, margins, performance, and financial reporting. Ensure the quality of services, from design to maintenance, including implementation Supervise sensitive projects and ensure compliance with quality processes and standards. Your profile Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences (HES) / technical college (ES), engineering training, or equivalent in the fields of electrical engineering, HVAC, automation, or building technology. Proven experience in a management or leadership position in a multi-site technical organization. Solid knowledge of building automation, Smart Building, or building technology. Excellent financial management, commercial development, and negotiation skills. Unifying leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, organizational skills, and strong customer focus.
