Your responsibilities: Accounting 70% \- issuance of client invoicing, reminders, and debt collection if necessary \- supervision and management of creditor invoices, from recording to payment \- preparation of VAT returns \- bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring \- preparation and participation in interim closings with management and annual with the auditor   Administrative and HR 30% \- administrative follow-up related to personnel (residence permit requests, issuance of employment contracts) \- maintenance of personnel files and ensuring their update \- preparation of monthly salaries, issuance of payslips and certificates \- social security charges calculation (entry/exit), source tax statements \- creation of new clients in our ERP, entry of new suppliers \- various correspondence (administrations, employees, suppliers)   Your profile: \- CFC accounting training or equivalent in Swiss accounting \- trustworthy, you like to work in total autonomy, possess an excellent sense of organization, precision and rigor in the performance of your tasks \- you possess several years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland (high professional maturity sought) \- you possess one or more references (mandatory) \- you have excellent oral and written communication, irreproachable professional posture and ease in human relations \- sense of confidentiality, ethics and discretion indispensable \- you are a native French speaker   We offer a pleasant working environment in a dynamic and multi-cultural team, free parking, morning work from Monday to Friday, on-site only.   We look forward to reading from you, and will respond exclusively to applications that correspond to the requirements.
