This is the contribution you can make • Control, coordinate and ensure the system processes of the responsible applications in the role of an SAP module specialist for specific applications and processes of the customers • Implement and realize requirements (changes) within the framework of product development (functional/technical specifications for IT solutions in SAP MDG) • Be responsible for customizing in the SAP module MDG as well as define guidelines and standards for the realization and operation of SAP processes and ensure their compliance • Advise customers regarding SAP processes, projects (participation in projects to develop the IT solution design) and solutions in the MDG module • Analyze problems regarding business processes/transactions, data and functions - Define specifications for the development or procurement of ICT solutions and demonstrate possibilities for their implementation What makes you unique • University or university of applied sciences education in computer science, business information science, business administration or an equivalent education • Good knowledge of SAP MDG ideally in combination with other SAP modules as well as experience with S/4HANA • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Consultant or Operations Specialist in the mentioned modules; willingness to familiarize yourself with new modules due to the combination of topics • Customer-oriented and pragmatic thinking, analytical-conceptual skills, strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of working in a team • Know-how in agile collaboration (SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN) is an advantage • Good knowledge of two official languages What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the Swiss success model and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunities, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
