Räss GmbH As a small company in the Bern area, we specialize in electrical household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and washing machines. We sell, install, and repair appliances and ensure that they function reliably in our customers' everyday lives. Our work is versatile and characterized by direct customer contact. Our service technicians are deployed on-site every day. At the same time, we attach great importance to a familial, collegial team culture. So that our technicians can concentrate entirely on their technical work, our office handles all administrative tasks such as notifications and invoicing. Your tasks • Installation, maintenance, and repair of household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers. • Carrying out service work directly at our customers' locations or in our workshop. • Advising customers on technical questions and solutions. • Creation of service reports and documentation of the work performed. • Ensuring professional and friendly customer service. Your profile • Completed technical training, ideally as an electrical fitter, mechatronics technician, or in a similar field. • Experience in the repair and maintenance of household appliances is an advantage. • Enjoyment of customer contact and a service-oriented way of working. • Independent and reliable way of working. • Driver's license category B. • Good German language skills in speaking and writing. • You have a follow-up permit according to NIV Art. 15 or are willing to obtain it.
