For our Ceramics division, we are looking for a personality as: Quality Manager Ceramics (m/f/d) 100% In this demanding function, you are mainly responsible for the following tasks: • Responsible for operational quality management according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for the certified sanitary production and sales location Laufen • Responsible for compliance with regulations for occupational safety, health and environment • Leadership and management of the quality control and returns department (4 employees) • Participation in the planning and monitoring of release tests for new products • Carrying out weakness analysis of processes and workflows • Implementation and compliance with ISO requirements 9001 and 14001 (continuous system maintenance, monitoring and improvement) • Document control and management of the management manual • Carrying out internal process audits and creating audit reports • Handling customer complaints and creating the corresponding reports as well as initiating measures • Initiating stock controls and stock freezes for non-conforming products from customer complaints • Carrying out corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Participation in approvals (product certifications) for sanitary products manufactured in Switzerland What we wish from you: • Technical basic training (preferably in the ceramic, metal or plastic processing industry) • Further training in quality management (e.g. Q-inspector, Q-technician, Q-manager or similar) • Experience in quality management ISO 9001/14001 • Very good German and English skills (oral and written) • Experience with SAP, MS Office, Excel (incl. Pivot) • Knowledge in the application of statistical methods for quality control • A pronounced eye for detail and high accuracy in the inspection of products and processes You are a reliable and communicative team player. Your way of working is characterized by high customer and solution orientation. You have good analytical skills and networked thinking and enjoy international cooperation.
