As an established Swiss SME, we supply restaurants, homes, and institutions with fish, meat, and vegetarian food. To complement our team, we are looking for a communicative, motivated personality for sales internal service, effective immediately or by arrangement: Sales / Purchasing / Customer Service Internal Staff 50-100% Your tasks: • Telephone support and consultation of our customers • Order processing: You accompany the entire ordering process from the receipt of the order to the delivery of the goods • Processing customer inquiries and creating offers • Assistance with customer acquisition and sales-promoting marketing measures • Creating tour planning • Support and deputy for the purchasing internal service What you should bring with you: • Experience in sales or customer service • Product knowledge or experience from gastronomy is an advantage. Thanks to your quick perception and your great interest, we will quickly train you in our assortment • Enjoyment of daily contact with customers and suppliers • You like to organize and take responsibility in daily business • You work dynamically and solution-oriented and convince us with your hands-on manner • Modern IT skills (MS-Office and SelectLine) • Very good German skills (spoken and written) • Knowledge of French, Italian and English is an advantage What we offer you: As a small company, we offer flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and a familiar working environment.
