Your tasks • You look after and advise our employees and ensure excellent and sustainable customer satisfaction through proactive, solution-oriented support • You take on competent advice and act as a trusted contact person for complex insurance and pension topics • You accompany and support new employees during their entry into our company in all questions regarding their insurance coverage and ensure a smooth start • You stand competently by our existing employees and support them with technical and strategic questions • You follow an all-industry approach and advise holistically across various insurance sectors (life, non-life, pension, etc.) • You systematically identify sales opportunities and implement targeted cross-selling and upselling measures to generate sustainable growth • You independently plan and carry out demanding sales and marketing campaigns Your profile • You have a commercial basic education and possess the VBV certificate or an equivalent qualification • You bring several years of sound professional experience in the insurance industry • You have experience in the holistic management of customer portfolios across several insurance sectors (all-industry competence) • You are a pronounced, customer-oriented and self-confident sales personality with demonstrable success in consulting and relationship management • You convince through your trustworthiness, your high technical competence and your ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Customer satisfaction is your top priority and you know how to exceed expectations and create sustainable customer experiences • With your winning, sovereign manner, you succeed in inspiring and developing employees • You communicate effortlessly in German and French and also have good English skills We at Visana shape the future of healthcare - with passion and innovation.
