Our OEM-Sales team is looking for a motivated colleague, having a taste for direct customer contact and knowledge in numerical control for CNC machine tools, preferably SINUMERIK. You develop solutions for our customers, the French-speaking machine manufacturers, for a successful implementation of a CNC control system. For this, you also use the latest technologies, for example the digital twin (Digital Twin). In collaboration with a team of high technical expertise, you develop new technical approaches, business models, and sources of added value for the Swiss machine tool industry. Your new tasks • You are responsible for technical customer support and the promotion of system solutions to machine tool manufacturers in French-speaking Switzerland • You thus develop customized solution concepts in the field of automation for machine tools and you develop roadmaps for their implementation • Furthermore, you participate in the development of avant-garde concepts and business models around the machine tool, and you support and accompany our customers in their digital transformation • In addition, you accompany our customers on technical questions and support them occasionally during the commissioning of machines and their accessories Your talents and your experience • You have training in the field of electronics or mechanics, preferably with a focus on the control/programming of machine tools, or a HES/ES degree in mechanical construction, automation technology, mechatronics or a similar field • You possess solid technical knowledge in the field of machine tool control, both as a user and in commissioning, and you ideally already have experience with SINUMERIK and SINAMICS • You stand out by a communicative and engaging personality, and you convince customers independently and proactively through your initiative, your technical skills and your professional presentation, in order to successfully lead projects • You carry a true enthusiasm for control and drive technology, design and simulation tools (NX, MCD, Process Simulate), as well as Edge and Cloud Computing applications • Your native language is French.
