Your tasks Training planning and implementation: Responsibility for the practical training of students in anesthesia nursing. Conveying theoretical foundations and practical skills in the field of anesthesia. Support and promotion: Supporting students in the development of their professional, social and self-competencies. Regular reflection talks, feedback and promotion of personal and professional development. Accompanying and assessing practical work and competence proofs. Quality assurance: Ensuring training quality through close cooperation with the education department and the team. Evaluation and continuous improvement of the training processes. Coordination and cooperation: Close cooperation with other vocational trainers, specialists and the nursing management. Communication with the educational institutions and participation in meetings as well as network meetings. Support with administrative tasks, such as documentation of learning progress and reporting. What you bring Completed NDS Anesthesia Nursing Completed further training as a vocational trainer or the willingness to complete it. Sound specialist knowledge in anesthesia. Experience in the accompaniment and promotion of learners/students. Joy in conveying knowledge and working with young professionals. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Empathy, patience and the ability to respond individually to the needs of the students. Sense of responsibility and role model function. Ability to plan, manage and accompany learning processes. Confident handling of digital aids and documentation tools. Creativity and flexibility in designing learning situations.
