Head of Industrialization Logistics Projects (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Industrialization Logistics department, we are looking for a Head of Projects (M/F) whose main missions will be to take charge of logistics programs and industrialize equipment for the Production division and the Commercial division. *Responsibilities* ## Program Coordinator:   • Manage a project program • Ensure compliance with functional specifications, deadlines, and budget • Plan and organize action follow-up sessions • Coordinate the activities of the business teams • Ensure the overall consistency of the program • Make decisions while respecting objectives and constraints • Be the driving force behind the project team's dynamics • Prepare and lead COPIL/CODIR meetings • Coordinate communication with clients   Industrialization of equipment:   • Formulate needs, define objectives, and consolidate input data • Propose concepts taking into account objectives • Write specifications • Coordinate meetings with industrial partners • Propose continuous improvement axes and study new technologies in the field of logistics *Profile* ## • EPF engineer or equivalent in logistics, mechanics, or information systems • Experience in coordinating large-scale logistics projects and industrializing equipment • Experience with computer tools and processes (ERP, LES, MES) is an asset • Strong organizational skills and autonomy • Relational ease, listening, synthesis, and effective communication skills • Dynamism, flexibility, and team spirit • Knowledge of English/German is an asset.
