As Chef de Service, you are responsible for the well-being and satisfaction of our guests, as well as the smooth running of all service-related activities. In doing so, you make a valuable contribution to the success and culture of Access Gourmet. Your tasks: • Professional and expert guest care • Responsible for a smooth service process • Managing your own station including payment collection • Ensuring guest satisfaction • Co-responsible for quality assurance in compliance with operational standards • Working mis en place and cleaning tasks in compliance with hygiene guidelines Your profile: • You have completed your training as a restaurant specialist and / or bring many years of experience in gastronomy • You speak German and English, every additional language is an advantage • Initiative, flexibility, and reliability • Well-groomed appearance • Smiling, satisfied guests are a matter close to your heart • Independent and efficient working is no problem for you • You enjoy working in an international team Your working hours: • Regular working hours (5 days per week) from Monday – Friday or Tuesday - Saturday without split shifts.
