Job Description ## • Creation and review of monthly management reports and relevant financial key figures. • Conducting budget-actual comparisons and analysis of deviations. • Analysis of cost structures, margins, and profitability. • Further development of KPIs, reporting frameworks, and management dashboards. • Support in budgeting and forecasting processes. • Creation of financial analyses and decision-making bases for management and business areas. • Contribution to improving transparency regarding the company's financial performance. • Consulting and supporting operational areas in financial matters. • Close collaboration with different internal stakeholders. • Participation in cross-functional initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc analyses. • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. • Collaboration on the optimization and digitalization of financial processes. • Participation in projects to increase efficiency and strengthen financial management. • Up to two international business trips per year. The Successful Applicant ## • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field of study. • Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of controlling / financial analysis / finance business partnering / corporate finance. • Very good Excel skills. • Experience in handling ERP systems. • Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage. • In-depth understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and performance management. • Distinctly analytical and structured approach to work. • Strong business understanding and sense of commercial connections. • Solution-oriented and pragmatic thinking. • Independent way of working and high level of personal responsibility. • Distinctly communicative and enjoyment of collaboration with different stakeholder groups. • Fluent French skills and very good German skills or vice versa.
