In order to complete our teams, La Fondation Soins Lausanne is looking for immediately or to be agreed upon several : Mental health nurse (M/F) ## ## Activity rate between 80% Fixed contract for an indefinite duration Your mission • Accompany clients presenting psychic disorders or psychiatric illnesses in their life project at home. Work from a partnership perspective by providing meaning and coherence while collaborating closely with the entourage and loved ones to develop bonds of trust • Elaborate the therapeutic project taking into account the complexity of care and develop it according to the evolution • Pilot the global and integrative management of clients while relying on internal interveners and interdisciplinary teams and in good coordination with the institutions involved in the care network • Contribute actively to the sustainable home maintenance of clients through prevention and health promotion measures while taking individual needs into account with personalized care and by promoting client autonomy • Act in support and orientation of interdisciplinary teams in the management of clients in general care or in mental health • Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of mental health care services in the field of home help and care • Collaborate actively in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with your own role allowing you to value your nursing expertise as a full stakeholder in the health system Your profile and skills • Bachelor in nursing or title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS) • Minimum of 2 years experience in the psychiatric and/or psychogeriatric field in Switzerland • Experience in the medico-social field is an asset and a marked interest in community health • Ability to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinarity • Sense of responsibility and professional ethics We offer • A stimulating and warm working environment where the caregiver's autonomy is highlighted • A working environment that privileges human contact and exchange • Exciting work in a pleasant setting for the well-being of clients • Fair working and remuneration conditions • Occupational pension conditions that extend beyond the minimum benefits provided by law The advantages of joining us • Integration plan by profession, rich and varied continuing education offers, professional evolution possibilities • Salary equity between women and men (Fair-ON-Pay certification) • Remuneration according to the Collective Labour Agreement (CCT) of the Vaudois semi-public sanitary sector • Advantageous offers with preferential rates in service companies around sport, health, well-being, and various leisure activities • Soft mobility policy and participation in public transport costs • Five weeks of vacation per year and six weeks from age 50 For high-quality processing of your application, we ask you to send a complete application file specifying the desired activity rate via Jobup until 25 August 2026.
