We are a small, family-oriented, traditional Nepalese restaurant with mainly homemade dishes. Our dishes are prepared fresh and high quality as well as authenticity are important to us. Your daily tasks include: — Preparing mise en place — Assisting the head chef during service times — Preparation of warm & cold cuisine & desserts — Production — Cleaning work What you bring with you: — Experience with South Asian cuisine desirable, otherwise high willingness to learn — Interest in Nepalese cuisine, Nepalese spices and cooking styles — good German and/or English skills — Resilience — Teamwork skills Your advantages: — fine, healthy staff meal before every shift — family-like environment — working hours, Sunday is always a rest day, Saturday afternoon & Monday evening free — Salary is negotiable, depending on experience & training (hourly wage during probation period, permanent employment afterwards) Are you interested?
