Senior Industrialization Project Manager (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Méthodes Cadrans department, we are looking for a Senior Industrialization Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to lead a program of large-scale projects aimed at developing a production line model, in collaboration with different divisions of the company and external partners. You will coordinate various topics within multidisciplinary teams in a cutting-edge technology environment. *Responsibilities* ## • Management of a program of projects • Ensure the overall animation of the program and the associated project portfolio • Planning and organization of own activities based on fixed project objectives • Coordination with different teams and project stakeholders • Communicate during reports on progress and based on progress of milestones and deliverables according to defined objectives • Ability to initiate and drive change in a multi-divisional perimeter *Profile* ## • HES, EPF engineer or equivalent • Extensive experience in managing programs or large-scale projects • Technical skills and curiosity • Strong organizational skills and autonomy • Relational ease, listening and synthesis skills • Natural leadership and team spirit Conclusion ## We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, and first-class social benefits.
