What you can achieve with us • You care for, accompany, and support adult clients with different forms of disability within a team • Tasks in the nursing, agogic, and administrative areas • Contributing specialist knowledge and taking on the role of a reference person • Implementation of the support planning and resource-promoting work • Participation in group camps and leisure activities • You actively participate in the group household • You think and act in a networked manner and maintain contact with parents, contact persons, as well as legal representatives • Induction of new employees as well as support and qualification of interns What you bring with you • You have successfully completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or HeilerziehungspflegerIn • Experience in working with people with disabilities • You commit yourself professionally, appreciatively, and comprehensively to the concerns of our clients • You act responsibly and proactively, are uncomplicated, flexible, consistent, and humorous • Teamwork is the sustainable basis for working with the clients for you • It is important to you to accompany people with special needs on their life journey It is an advantage if you possess a driving license Cat.
