Service Assistant / Reception (m/f/d)

Your tasks and our desired profileYour tasks

• Interface function between customer and service department
• Receiving customer requests at reception for workshop appointments, etc.
• Managing the customer service/reception telephone switchboard, customer care in the waiting area
• Support and care of the tyre department
• Recording correct customer and vehicle data
• General support for service advisors
• Commercial training, retail specialist or assistant in a car dealership
• Training in the service sector with experience in the automotive sector or completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician / specialist or bodywork panel beater with commercial experience
• Technical flair desired
• Communicative personality with very good language skills in German and English
• Driving licence category B
• High service orientation and motivation
• Very good IT skills (standard applications)
• Team player, flexibility, organisational talent, reliability, independence
