Then strengthen our team by arrangement as Job Coach 80% in the following tasks: • You accompany, advise and motivate job seekers and employers in a solution- and goal-oriented manner during the integration process back into the labor market. • You actively acquire job training positions and build sustainable relationships with companies. • You secure jobs through targeted early intervention and support employees and employers in this process. • You work with all involved specialist offices and ensure proactive communication. • You draft target agreements, integration plans and are responsible for reporting. A versatile personality is sought: •  A qualified education or further training in job coaching, labor integration and/or HR area • You already have experience in job coaching • Independent, solution-oriented work with high self-organization • Sales-talented personality with high service orientation • Stylish German and routine in handling MS-Office • High social competence, initiative and empathy • Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market and social insurance • Existing network in industry and trade in Northwestern Switzerland • Travel pass (category B) • Further language skills are welcome What you can look forward to: You can expect an exciting, meaningful and varied task with a high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility.
