For a modern and established rehabilitation clinic in central Switzerland, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF by agreement. In this varied function, you will accompany patients during their rehabilitation process and make an important contribution to promoting their independence and quality of life. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment with modern working methods and fully digitized processes. Your tasks: • Professional nursing and care of patients in the inpatient rehabilitation area • Active participation in the rehabilitation process in cooperation with various specialist disciplines • Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures • Documentation and performance recording in the electronic patient file • Promotion of patient-oriented and high-quality nursing Your profile: • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl.
