Your tasks: Management and monitoring of demolition projects on site as well as ensuring a smooth construction process Planning, coordination, and management of the construction site team Responsibility for compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations Monitoring of the consistent implementation of all occupational safety and environmental protection regulations Early detection of risks and active participation in accident prevention Your profile: Several years of professional experience in demolition, ideally with experience as a foreman In-depth knowledge of construction processes and applicable safety regulations High stress tolerance and flexibility as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working Very good German language skills Driver's license cat.
