For the Fribourg region, with a workplace in Villars-sur-Glâne, we are looking for, for a date to be determined, a person with a sense of communication and able to take initiatives for the position of Syndicaliste 80 à 100% Your tasks Convince new members to join Syna Organize events related to trade union themes Defend trade union causes with social partners and the public Advise and support our members with specific files Participate in joint or tripartite commissions Your profile You have completed vocational training and have several years of professional experience You are able to be convincing, you have good stress resistance, are diplomatic and willingly work for the service of our members You have an open and dynamic personality, you like team work and are enthusiastic about the trade union cause You express yourself with ease in French, in writing and orally You have basic knowledge of German You speak at least one third language fluently Knowledge of labor law and social insurance is an asset A category B driver's license is essential Syna offers you meaningful, diverse and stimulating work, very good working conditions and social benefits, as well as a 40-hour week and 38 days of vacation and holidays.
