Service Technician (m/f/d) Your Mission As a Service Technician (m/f/d) at IEP Technologies, a company of HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, you actively contribute to protecting human lives and making industrial plants safer. You work directly at our customers' sites and ensure that our explosion protection systems function reliably. With your technical know-how and your eye for improvements, you shape safe production environments in an international industrial setting. In doing so, you combine precision, responsibility, and proximity to the customer. How You Make a Difference Install & Commission: The assembly and commissioning of our explosion protection systems at our customers domestic and abroad is your responsibility. Maintain & Repair: You carry out maintenance, service, and troubleshooting assignments independently and in a solution-oriented manner. Maintenance: You professionally inspect, analyze, and repair plants and components of our explosion protection solutions. Train & Instruct: You undertake customer training and on-site instructions and document your work steps and test results. Test & Secure: You check safety-relevant concepts using technical documentation directly at the customer's site. Independent Work: You work in a team, and occasionally alone at our customers' sites. What You Are Good At Technical Know-how: A successfully completed apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar technical field forms the basis for your deployment. Willingness to Travel: You enjoy being on the move and bring a high willingness to travel within Switzerland and Southern Europe. Sense of Responsibility: Commitment, reliability, and teamwork characterize you and you are happy to take on responsibility; occasional on-call duty is also not a problem for you. Mobility: You possess a valid car driver's license (Class B). Language Competence: Your basic English skills enable secure communication in a technical environment; French or other foreign languages are an advantage.
