Facility Management Project Coordinator We are recruiting for our Geneva agency, Facility Management Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator ensures the management of technical operations, infrastructure improvement projects, renovation work, and specialized interventions in order to guarantee the availability, reliability, safety, and performance of technical installations while maintaining a level of excellence in accordance with client standards. MISSIONS PREPARATION OF WORKS Perform cost estimation for the replacement of equipment as part of troubleshooting. Provide technical support to maintenance technicians. Develop technical and financial projects. Dimension equipment in accordance with current measurements and standards. Set up the necessary organization for the realization of works and quotes. Order the materials necessary for the execution of construction sites. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT Guarantee compliance with HSE procedures. Participate in prevention plans. Coordinate the interventions of external companies. Ensure compliance with work permits. Control lockouts. Ensure the compliance of interventions with client requirements. REQUIRED QUALITIES AND COMPETENCIES CFC in the field of Climate Engineering or a title deemed equivalent. Good multi-trade technical knowledge. Sense of organization and priority management. Rigor and precision in studies and construction site monitoring. Ability to communicate and coordinate teams. Analytical spirit and technical problem solving. Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
