The Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung (AJB) is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as vocational counseling. Children, adolescents and families are at the center of our work. For the Primarschule Uster, we are looking for a School Social Worker (75%) on a temporary basis from 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2027 or by arrangement. You will advise and support students, parents and teachers in educational and social matters. In the event of crises and conflicts, you will carry out interventions in classes. Furthermore, you will perform prevention and project work. You will work together with the school management, the school teams and with specialist agencies.
