Here, 20 residents with different care and support needs live in two residential groups. The Horburghof residential home offers 20 adults with multiple disabilities and a high need for assistance a development-oriented living and residential space. We are looking for a Fachperson Wohnen as Springer/in (Dauernachtdienst) 20% as of 1. October 2026 or by agreement. Your task You will care for and accompany, independently, mainly older people with disabilities in both residential homes. The performance of basic nursing tasks takes up a large part of your working day. This also includes tasks in the household such as cleaning and control tasks. Additionally, you are responsible for documenting the services provided. The position includes exclusively night shifts from 22:15 to 7:45 Uhr.
