As Quality Assurance Manager, you guarantee the safety, compliance and quality of products throughout the value chain, in a demanding, dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement What you accomplish Leading the QA team for the meat department of our Courtepin site (4 collaborators) Active participation in the monitoring of quality in the broadest sense of the term Organization and implementation of certification audits and carrying out internal audits HACCP responsibility regarding processes and products Development and implementation of sampling plans and control of products and hygiene Release of new product development and recipe modifications Development and implementation of internal training in the fields of quality, hygiene and food law Leading quality improvement projects What you bring Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) Specialization: Bachelor in Food Sciences or higher education in the agri-food field Professional experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, experience in the meat field and QA would be an advantage.
